Our Mission

Is to create a safe and nurturing environment where children 2-5 years of age can develop physical, cognitive and social skills.

We are passionate about helping your little ones discover the joy of movement, building confidence and healthy habits that last a lifetime

Why Choose AthleTots

Our unique program combines play, movement and skill development in a nurturing and safe environment tailored to young children. With a focus on fun, engagement and personal growth, we offer:

Proven Program Development

AthleTots draws inspiration from the successful NSW Little Athletics Movement Series, a structured and evidence-based approach to developing motor skills in children under 5 years old. While this type of program is taught in only some Little Athletics Clubs (including Mosman Little Athletics) during the summer season, AthleTots offers this training year round.

Engaging Physical Activities

We offer a range of fun, challenging and engaging physical activities for children 2-5 years of age. From running and jumping, to throwing and balancing, our activities are designed to challenge both the body and mind. Using a variety of colourful and age-appropriate equipment, children learn essential fine and gross motor skills while having a blast.

Expert Coaching Team

Our coaches are qualified athletics trainers with extensive experience working with young children. They create a supportive environment where every child feels encouraged, whether participating independently or with parent/guardian support. Alongside physical skills, our coaches help foster important social and emotional development by promoting teamwork and communication with peers.
